When is the best time to brew your freshly roasted coffee beans?
To get the highest quality taste, it's typically best to let the coffee beans rest for 7 days for espresso blend beans and up to 14 days for single origin beans before brewing.
How will I know which beans to get?
We recommend to buy Spro Blend if you want a stronger taste of coffee because it is an arabica-robusta blend. Best use for espresso machine. You can still taste the coffee even if you mix it with milk and sauces.
Doppio Blend is 100% arabica and is perfect for you if you want a balanced medium body. It's perfect for brewing using V60, Aeropress, French Press or even make it for cold brew.
We roast Bloom (Sultan Kudarat) as omni roast, which means you can use it on any brewing method that you feel like - recommended for Espresso or Filter.
How long will your cold brew last?
For Black Cold Brew, you will still get the best taste for up to 7 days.
For Milk Cold Brew, it will only last for 3 to 5 days because of its milk content. These cold brews are best kept refrigerated.

When will I know when to clean my espresso machine?
This is recommended every after use. It doesn't depend on how many espresso shots you pulled that day, you still have to clean it or else the coffee will stain your machine.
You can use 3g of our grimes cleaner and back flush your machine until the residue is gone.
Can I customize my own coffee blend?
Ofcourse! Cappo Coffee would like to be a part of this.

What are your payment methods?
You can choose from bank transfer, GCash, Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, ShopeePay, Maya, and GrabPay.
Do you accept payments for In-store pickup?
We will only process your order if it's fully paid via our website. We will also be sending you a confirmation if your order is now available for In-store pick up at our partner coffee shop.
Our partner coffee shop will only be giving out our orders and wouldn't be accepting any payment transactions.
Shipping & Pickup
Which courier are we using for shipping out orders?
We currently use LBC Express for faster and trusted shipping in Provincial addresses and Grab Express/Lalamove for Metro Manila dispatch.
Where can I pickup my order?
We have our cafe, lab & roastery now at #23 Panay Avenue, Brgy. Paligsahan, Quezon City.
We also partnered up with different coffee shops in Metro Manila, you can choose which shop to pick-up from.
