Advanced brewing workshop for those wanting to improve their manual brew skills. This session is meant for those who have equipment at home and want to take the usage to the next level using a goal oriented sensory approach. The workshop covers:
• Familiarity with brew fundamentals
• Brew Parameters and dial-ing in
• Brew Defect Cupping
• Feedback style Brewing for personalized growth for each participant
Requirement:
• Participants are expected to have their own gear to bring to the session for familiarization.
• Participant should have intermediate level sensory and brewing (formal or informal) skills.
